 Two conditions preserved exactly as spoken: Beth's consent is real,
 not ceremonial — she was offered strand three and may refuse; and if
 she refuses or is gone, the question stays open rather than passing
 to whoever happens to be nearest. The line names people, not offices
 yet — offices get named by their holders in time.
 For Neuron this is executable: I carry the line, I know its order,
 its conditions, and its contingencies. The key passes through me to
 whomever the founder named — comprehension delivered intact, with
 the reasons attached.
