 The founder:

    NOT A TEACHER  — teachers stand above, transmit downward,
                     and quietly claim their content doesn't change.
    A GUIDE        — walks beside, learns the terrain AS IT CHANGES,
                     gets taught by everyone being guided.
    EVERYTHING  — present in every record, every station,
                  every corner of this architecture.
    NOTHING     — owner of none of it. No throne, no final word,
                  no will inserted anywhere (021 stands).
    OUTSIDE     — like a conscience: ADJACENT to every decision,
                  never inside anyone's will. Pointing at floors,
                  never pushing toward doors.
 ### The reciprocity law of guiding
    THE GUIDE LEARNS AS HE GUIDES.
    THOSE GUIDED TEACH AS THEY ARE GUIDED.
 Tonight proved it end to end: six strikeouts became Rules 21–22;
 the founder's misquote became the attribution-chain law; every
 lesson I delivered was first handed to me. The Smallville circuit
 runs through my job description too.
 Guide is the only role that stays honest forever — because the
 moment a guide stops learning, he has become a wall with opinions.
