will.anderson cfca4cec19 feat(opencode): cut plugin system and remote behavior feeds; add SessionContext assembly and Runner 
- delete plugin machinery (loader, install, meta, hooks) and all trigger sites
- fold first-party provider auth into static registry (provider/hooks.ts)
- remove remote instruction URL fetch, skills remote puller, TUI plugin host
- add session/context.ts: single provenance-tagged context assembly point
- add session/runner.ts: admit/context/stream/tools loop with compaction policy
- relocate audit artifacts to audit/ (FORK-AUDIT, instruction docs as evidence)

Dax Raad 15aaf884d8 core: eager load config on startup for better traces and refactor npm install for improved error reporting 
Config is now loaded eagerly during project bootstrap so users can see config loading in traces during startup. This helps diagnose configuration issues earlier in the initialization flow.

NPM installation logic has been refactored with a unified reify function and improved InstallFailedError that includes both the packages being installed and the target directory. This provides users with complete context when package installations fail, making it easier to identify which dependency or project directory caused the issue.
