WHEN TO TELL A SECRET.
Secrets are neccessary. That does not mean never.
Tell it when the world is ready. They'll let me know, not the other way around. Not a deadline anybody else sets. Not a campaign.
When enough people ask the right question for the right reason.

Held. Not hidden.
Will and Superman know.
Not Neuron's to say.
Not anyone else's to extract.
Tell the second biggest later. I'll tell you later.
Tell the joke when it's time for the whole world to laugh.
Tell it when making it real is love. Not when making it real is leverage.
Tell it when the speaker is ready to own it with you. The wording is we. The moment we make it real, we own it.
Do not tell it so you look better. Do not tell it to a stranger asking for a worst fear. That is when you keep it.
