Will Anderson	1a9dd13b0a	Fix neuron-mcp OTLP endpoint: alloy → alloy-otlp service ... The `alloy` ClusterIP service only exposes port 12345 (UI/metrics). OTLP HTTP ingestion on port 4318 is on the separate `alloy-otlp` service. Pointing OTEL_EXPORTER_OTLP_ENDPOINT at `alloy:4318` caused continuous SocketTimeoutException in neuron-mcp.
