+Cognition starts with ONLY the primitive set:

+Everything else is a COGNITIVE MOVE: a named, registered composition
+that proved itself. Moves are NOT designed in advance. They emerge:

+1. An unnamed composition fires repeatedly and keeps landing true.
+2. Friction announces it: three recipes reaching for the same missing move.
+3. The move gets named (genus.species), dated, given its why.
+4. It enters THE INDUCTION alongside everything else living taught.

+Expected shape of growth: unpredictable. We built map/filter/reduce/
