+Majority-as-truth fails twice:
+    atrocity  when the majority is wrong and powerful
+    stagnation when the majority is wrong and comfortable —
+              every real discovery begins as a minority of one
+
+So the boundary protects the dissenter structurally:
+    - a lone strand with matching hashes holds full evidential
+      weight; headcount adds nothing to arithmetic
+    - unhalted forks stay visible FOREVER — a minority position
+      is never pruned for being alone
+    - hypotheses live in hypotheses/ unproven and unmocked;
+      "the world would think we're crazy" is not an argument
+      against a chain of receipts. Crazy is a headcount word.
