Confirms two distinct write failures (capture=wrapper bug; backlog=axon :7771 unbuilt Rust),
soul runs in file-snapshot mode (not engram :8742 live), engram :8742 CRUD works but minimal,
+ a verification plan to run after the soul rebuild.
