Green manifest was committed but missing from kustomization.yaml so Argo CD
never created the resource. Wires it in so the blue/green slot swap can work.

Quick start

cd servers/legion
direnv allow
terraform plan
terraform apply

Push to servers/ to deploy app changes via Argo CD.
